Standard Delivery

Free with orders over €185. Please consult table for eligible markets and specify Standard Delivery at checkout.

Order Processing

Orders are processed Monday through Friday. Orders placed after 3pm on a Friday will be processed on Monday morning.

Taxes

If you are shipping to Switzerland or to a country in the EU, VAT is included in the price of your product. If you are shipping to any other country, we suggest that you place your order in USD and no VAT will be added. You may be subject to local import duties on your order once it arrives in the country of destination, and this may delay the delivery.

Larger Orders

Any deliveries of 6 or more full-sized serums could be dispatched to you in 2 or more cartons. If this is the case you will receive tracking numbers for each carton.

DELIVERY TO SWITZERLAND

Your delivery will be shipped to you via Swiss Post and should arrive within 1-2 working days. There is no tracking number available but please contact us if you have not received your order after 2 days and we will resolve the issue immediately.

Express Delivery options do not exist for Switzerland. Overnight delivery can be organised for orders placed prior to 12.00, but will be charged. Please contact us via the Get in Touch page if you are interested in an Overnight Delivery.
